Try Go Go Nippon first..it's a VN you can finish around 3-5 hours. (from my experience)
and you can try understanding the basic first when playing this.
Don't worry no bad end at all~

then you can go for alice..it takes me around 10 hours (well adding up 5 days of playing..during study..2 hours per day).
