we know that sugata is a maniac in finding new world while creating some flying mechanism.

somehow in the latest 2 chapter 58-59.
Sugata is shown to have a dark past..a conflict between family i guess.

and of course as far we know season 2 SnO ended with chaos get into tomoki house.
but in manga..she still not get into tomoki house.. and in manga, chaos is more psycho due to some mental and psychological effect..and she really need a help. i feel sad for her.
