I know that djv but what I need is temporary effect last for 50 mins not 1:30 hour...cause that self slapping effecting less and less if one is tired...so wetting your hard or feet can cool you a bit which making you up a bit from the cold

I can stay up of 27 hours straight without sleep and without willpower but in return Ill sleep half a day after that 27hours....too risky to use that so I always limit myself for my own safety as well.

the reason with that is also because of my own ability to suddenly change my internal body clock works in just an alarm.
