She's from Code Geass. She was supposedly one of the most elite pilots in the entire world, but her total screen time was less than 1 minute. She wasn't even the worst off either; another one of the "Knights" was killed off without even offering a single line at all. I guess this is the difference between an anime fast and direct plot and an anime that drags everything out and makes a million fillers.
