According to Japanese site 2ch, a live-action K-On television series is on the making. 2ch has claimed to find this leaked magazine article about TBS adapting the popular anime and manga title into a drama series, though it still need some verification. Err~ Well the above picture sure looks convincing, but it might still be fake.

TBS is currently airing the live-action drama based on Shonen Jump's KochiKame manga, which is apparently doing horribly (shudder), due to this one has to question if TBS is eager to get back on board with another one. Live-action TV adaptations are far from new and ahh~ some haven't done very well. We do get some numerous number of good live action. Lets just wish for the best about the K-On Live Action, so as they say... Gambaremasu! :emh23:

I had the mistake to watch the first episode of this *cringe* production *cringe*.
I must say, I would have been scarred for life if not right after I had been able to watch K-ON! live concert here in OS.
That live concert saved me! Aki-chan, Yoko-chan, Mina-chan and the others had given me too much relief... *whew*
