I both like and hate them both. Right now I think Naruto is beating the general storyline confusion mash on Bleach.... If Bleach were to get back to, um, what - that 4th storyline back now? and continue it for a few years, all would be good. Otherwise, the other stories are interesting, but they keep treating Orihime like a 3rd wheel brain damaged ditz, so I dont quite like the side stories at all.

My vote is also for Bleach. It had gotten a bit repetitive just like Naruto, but with this current arch and the last episode I couldn't resist the temptation and read ahead in the manga :O
Besides that I like the characters in Bleachs way better.. Naruto's cast just annoys the hell out of me :P

About the fights and the well made mythology, I think it's Naruto

About character development and transformations (I love it =X), Bleach.

It's kind of hard to say...If we consider the current phase of both, Bleach is better now because the Shinigami X Arrankar battle, but when Naruto and his crew face the ultimate battle against Sasuke and Madara, the scenario might change...

Anyway I voted Naruto because 4 reasons..

1.) Naruto spends more time developing its story and its characters than Bleach does. And while the flashbacks in Naruto can get a bit dragging for some people, especially the ones who watch for the fight scenes alone, they do leave us with more three dimensional characters and a more detailed storyline. When things happen, you know why they do because there's a background. The progression of the story is logical.
2.)The fight scenes in Naruto are way more interesting because it dabbles more in strategy rather than just the simple clashing of swords.
3.)Naruto is much more emotionally engaging. The Naruto episodes can evoke so much emotion in you that you'll cry with the characters, laugh with them, and even go so much as to really love or really hate some of the characters.
4.)With Naruto even with Naruto Shippuden you're still able to 'feel', connect and understand the positions for the characters, and for me, that's what makes a good anime. Not to mention that the storyline just gets better through each episode!
