There is a slight mix up with the episodes that I've seen so far, episode 4 should be 3. The current episode 3 is actually episode 7 but it is already there that's how I realized there was a problem. However episode 5 and 6 are correct, so that leave episode 4 as the only missing episode.
If you check http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/ency...id=363&page=25, you will find the list of the episodes and there names, using this I realized that episode 4 was missing.
I already informed the person who uploaded the series but he/she is unable to fix the problem at present.
