According to the Official website and Comic Market 77 convention in Tokyo at the end of 2009, they have annouced that Kaitō Tenshi Twin Angel will get an Online Animation.

franchise will get a new web anime, web radio program, and manga in 2010. The new items were announced via a movie and a flyer that were first released at the Comic Market 77 convention in Tokyo at the end of 2009.
Kaitō Tenshi Twin Angel began as a pachisuro(slot machine) game with Yukari Tamura and Mamiko Noto as Haruka "Red Angel" Minazuki and Aoi "Blue Angel" Kannazuki. It already spawned a manga in Kadokawa Shoten's Monthly Shonen Ace magazine in 2007 and a two-volume video anime series in 2008. The creators had hinted at a new project after the release of the first video anime volume in 2008.
The Kaitō Tenshi Twin Angel 2 franchise followup adds a new character named Kurumi "White Angel" Hazuki, played by Rie Kugimiya.
