One Piece is good, though I don't think we have the first few seasons here... hmm, it's a bit more Random but try Gintama. I'm not sure if I should mention Naruto and Bleach...which are also not on since they are incredibly long (both 200+ eps).
Hmm, *snaps fingers* ah, give Soul Eater a try, it is pretty good and all the eps are online.
