Server down?

I tried to watch the first episode of Hidamari Sketch and it seems it is taking forever to load. I wonder if the server is down because streaming on other sites are fast.

I'm not sure about this because so far only episode 1 of Hidamari Sketch took a very long time to load. if not never. However, when I streamed Air Gear, Kyo No Go No Ni and Kemeko Deluxe, they are fine and are pretty fast.

I'm just wondering if it's on a different server than the other videos which is experiencing some difficulties?
