In regards to Berserk and Gantz, awesome mangas! But they are pretty dark at times, so if you are a faint soul you should proceed by caution.
But if you are into those (like me) then you should also give these a try; Parasite, Shamo, Vagabond, more will be added soon - experiencing momentarily brain melt down.
