Just an idea for the monthly goal

Hey, I have an idea that may be helpful. I don't know if this was ever suggested before, but if you could have a certain amount of people pledge a certain amount per month, maybe it could help you meet your monthly goal. For instance, have 30 people pledge $5.00 per month, or 15 people pledge $10 per month. Or maybe even 150 people pledge $1.00 per month. Whatever the amount of the pledge, maybe give people a special badge or something. Just an idea as I said. What do you think?

ya I like the idea with 150 people 1$ per month... maybe another bar like "citizen" "regular" and so on....

any my idea: pay to call! if u phone a certain number you automatically donate 5$.

nice idea though some of us (like me) doesn't know how to open my own account because Im still a 15-16 yrs old and 18 is the valid one..

THE EASIEST WAY to get people to donate, is sadly, perks. offer stuff that only donaters can get but thats a pretty d**k way out.

Our whole concept for OS is that it be free for all. No ads and no membership perks ... equality for all - since 80% of our members are too young to donate and we didnt want them to feel bad or left out. We dont want to become another CR which gives special privileges to paying members only :18:

All we can do is hope that those who can donate, will throw their spare change our way and all we can do to thank them is make them VIP members.

That said - with the small but steady growth in members and videos, we are very soon going to have to upgrade again and when that happens, if we dont hve regular donators, we may have to change our way of thinking :2:

But that is a couple of months away - so we will keep our fingers crossed :4:

You should make an online auction or something, I bet people would pay good money for an actual picture of Jim xD
