Can we give Jim a Cookie?





Well you guys are gonna love this one which has been requested by many for some time now.
Jim's on a roll and has recently added the genre function on the streaming index page.



It can be located at the right side of Video Status area

Once you click it, a mini window will pop-up and you just have to select the genre you want to watch and then click on the search button. You will see a list of all the anime with that specific genre keyword available on OS.


Hope this will help make your anime journey that much more enjoyable :4:

UPDATE: OS RSS FEED added. It can be found on the front page, user CP module. New feeds will be added soon like latest episodes added, etc. -avich

YES FINALLY GENRE SEARCH THIS SITE IS AWESOME!!!!

now all it needs is a random button and not only will it be the number one site it will be the vastly best site (like most vastly then it already is)

I like the genre search but as with anyhing new there area few bugs. The biggest problem is the list of genres. It leaves out some important ones like yuri, and includes some that are dead ends. It appears to scan the program descriptions in the header file of the shows listed. As such, if someone didn't put all of the options of the show in the header it can't find the show to include it in the list generated.

Good job none the less and really helpful to many of the OS users ...

The genre search option is dynamic and relies on what anime are added and it also relies if the anime is properly tagged with the proper genre. If you see there are animes that lack some genre tags, please let us know so we can update its genre.
