I would punch out Makoto from School Days.

As for why, well anyone who's seen School Days should know already,
but for those who don't, let's just say he's pobably the biggest D-Bag in anime history.

Although what actually happens to him is a lot worse than a punch to the face, I'd still do it, and then throw him to Sekai so she can finish him off.

I don't condone violence at all--at least not in real life--but if I had to chose one character deserving of a punch it would be Suzumiya Haruhi. Those that aren't rabid fans of that show can probably understand why. The way she acts is incredibly annoying and her treatment of her so-called friends is abhorrent. I also think the reason for their presence in the show is incredibly flimsy, but that's getting off-topic. If she were a real person and stuck her finger in my face, well, my nickname in kindergarten wasn't "Chomper" for nothing :D

Overall she is one of the most revolting anime characters of the past decade, for me at least :/

The anime had potential as one of the rare and moderately good tragedy animes, but instead of ending it when Ushio dies and making a few more what could have been episodes, some bull!@#$ "Miracle" happens in ties to a plot device they never adequately introduced and suddenly you're living in a time paradox where Nagisa survived giving birth to Ushio. And to top it all off, it also makes it so that Fuko wakes up from her coma which supposedly deepened to the point that she wasn't breathing on her own. Yeah ending at 11 would have been deeply depressing, but you eventually get pissed off at the obscene amounts of happy endings.
