Ergo Proxy: Centzon Hitchers and Undertaker

I'm currently, desperately trying to find the manga Ergo Proxy: Centzon Hitchers and Undertaker.. But sadly, I cannot find it anywhere. I've searched for the title all over the web and I've also asked a lot of shops that sells manga books. It seems that a translated version in english don't exist, only in japanese, spanish and french.. But I don't know for sure.
Centzon Hitchers and Undertaker is a spinoff manga version of the anime Ergo Proxy...
However, I really really want to read it... So if anyone knows where to find it, please let me know!
