I recommend zero no tsukiuma kanokun inukami and rosario to vampire... not sure if any of those qualify as sweet but they are all good

You can try Zero no Tsukaima, Inukami!, Kodomo no Jikan, Koihime Musou, Kamen no Meido Guy and Kanokon...

If you want Ecchi + Action..
You can try Rosario to Vampire, Sekirie, Ikkitousen, Strike Witches, Sumomomo Momomo, Tenjou Tenge...

Go for GoldenBoy its a 6 episode OVA its over the top ecchi combined with an excellent plot and intresting character personalities!

I watched the whole series. I'm a big fan of ecchi but Love Love? just sucks in story line, animation and character development.

I Don't recommend it.

Yes, this is considered ok. Ecchi is not hentai and acceptable and dont worry, we are very strict in keeping things PG13 over here.

ecchi sure lights things up and somehow, in some comedy ecchi, the comedy part is the ecchi part of the anime, e.g. when the protagonist accidentally touches a girl's part or such..

but there are also anime that dont have ecchi or maybe less ecchi
(or theres one but i didnt notice) that become successful and popular worlwide like..slamdunk..captain tsubasa..fullmetal alchemist..(and others that i didnt know the title..or didnt explore much)

so is the successful of the anime depends on ecchi or the storyline??

Definitely the story line. Ecchi impression will only last for a short time (depending on how pervert you are) but the story line will leave a lasting impression on you if it is very good.

Although Visual Art too can have a lasting impression to a person.
