How to download school rumble ( help!!! )

can somebody please help me how to download the anime "school rumble"? been hr since a.m and still didnt able to solve my problem..

First you need to download and install utorrent (www.utorrent.com).

Then download this torrent file (http://torrents.thepiratebay.org/3922985/School_Rumble_Season_1_and_2_plus_Ova_eng_sub.3922 985.TPB.torrent) and add it in utorrent. This is season 1 and 2 of School Rumble with OVA. The total size is 9.3Gig. The download will start out slow, but it will pick up speed as it downloads.

Anybody know where I can get School Rumble SanGakki? I've searched everywhere, even for DVD's at AniCon* but I've never seen one.
