Tsk, Tsk, Tsk!!!!! Aww... No cheating guys??

Never thought we would need to put up a notice about this, but we have updated the Rules to include the Arcade as well - no cheats pls :4:

These are just very simple flash games and its only for a bit of fun to waste time that could otherwise be spent on more productive pursuits, so lets keep it in that spirit, ok?

Pls read the new rules - help you waste more time :3:

lol,it's getting rather competitive in the arcade area, I'm abit scared to even play it knowing that someone else will top your score in a matter of minutes. This update may discourage some people from being unfair but I'd say that it will just bring out better game play out of us otakus.

I didnt know you could either, I thought cheat programs were only for the MORPG only, but apparently there are programs that help you cheat on flash games.

Now it beats me why anyone took the time to come up with them ... I mean it beats the whole goal ... have fun and waste time O_O

I don't think there's any cheat codes on flash games unless the creator made it to be available.

I think the cheat seems to mean more of method of playing and stuffs.

Uhhhh ... the Master of OS says there is and it has been used on our Arcade by a couple of members ... so I believe him!! In here ... Jim is our god :4: we trust his word implicitly :1:

There should be at least one game that is set up so that people can cheat. See who scores the highest by cheating. lol I would have never beat Mike Tyson's Punch Out if it wasn't for the ****. hahaha

"***". You can change any values with it, from lifepoints to ammo... I don't use it though. Very easy to use BTW.

hahah i already notice from the start of putting the arcade
its some of very impossible to high score that high ( >.> some already reach the maximum no. of high score that you cant even be top over it)

Cheating!!! this is the reason I hated MMORPG's and other online games. It feels like while you are spending your precious time just to get 0.01% experience, cheaters rely on bot or any other cheating programs and level up at ridiculous speeds... Before you know it, you are already in a dungeon filled with bot-zombies...*sigh* Now even arcade games get corrupted too.

I've used the programs for singleplayer flash games. I have enough morals intact to not use it for any competitive use, as that's just sad.

It just changes the values in the various memory addresses, searching by the values in a specific service. There are ways around this, but I'm not one to ask how to avoid this.

This is a relatively small community. Dole out a few small bans if they do anything noticably unbelievable, and take further action if necessary. That's how I see it.

In all honesty, however, the thought of using those programs crossed my mind a few times. But it's not quite the environment in which I would get so competitive as to cheat.

Well, we do know who cheated (yes, we do who you are :4:) and who didn't, but our Admins are sticklers to the rules and since there was no rule, nothing was done.

However, we have put up a new rule and hopefully we have a nice bunch of members who have seen the error of their ways and wont do it again :18:

That said - compared to the large numbers of sites out there ... our members are an amazingly nice bunch of people. I think we have banned just 2 members since the inception 9 months ago and other than shooting down a few bots now and then, have hardly any moderating on this site.

I am still amazed at how nice and well behaved everyone here is :1:

Auch wasn't that a bit harsh? Couldn't you just have banned them from the arcade section :) I almost feel bad for them to get banned from the number one source of anime for something as lame as cheating in a flash game... hopefully it wasn't anyone active on the forum we can't really afford to loose anyone there :P haha

Yep every games has a cheat. As long as theres enough to sniff around.

Hmm it would be good if there will be score reset every month or years. XD
