You should try god of war 2 and Shadow of the Colossus both good games :) but don't see how you can be tirred of FF7 (isn't it a ps1 game btw?)

the game may be easy but the story is interesting especially if you follow through from rebirth>reminisce>redemtption

ahh and my personal opinion, liked the games better than the anime ^^ alkaid is on more often.

check out anything from atlus. they made persona as well as the devil summoner and digital devil saga series. all great games. also, check out ico and shadow of the colossus. both are epic games.

How about Star Ocean: Till the End of Time? I love both the story and the gameplay. You will be completely enamored by its story. try Dragon Quest VIII: Cursed of the King if you dont mind playing turn-based game and a somewhat fairytale-like setting . Their characters have a strong resemblance with Dragon Ball Z character that would make you feel a lil bit nostalgic lol

I strongly suggest you try Kingdom Hearts. It has a very unique storyline. I like how it weaves out into what the story is so far.

KH1 in terms of gameplay isnt that good...with the camera...but its still nice...KH 2 was epic...and then there is RE: chain of memories if you still wanna continue.

Metal Gear Solid 3 Was also epic imo try it too
