I think many would agree that the forum is inhabited by a rather small group of people. Though the people of the forum are nice and friendly the size of the group has caused servere inbreeding, and the consequence is that not some many new threads are being created and a lot of the old ones has long passed their expiration date.
To end my pointless blabbering what I'm suggestion is, though not very original, weekly or bi-daily polls.
It would be optimal if the poll could be posted on the front page so it would be easily accessible along with the discussion thread associated with the poll.
It is likely that such an addition could be part of the solution to our inbreeding problem by getting more poeple to voice their much needed opinions on the forum and in the chatbox :emhh58:
And even if noone would join the forum chatter because of this it would at least start a couple of new threads :)
