for me my best are:
1.Toradora
2.K-On!
3.Full Metal Alchemist/ FMA brotherhood
4.Full Metal Panic/ FMP fumoffu
4.naruto/naruto shippuuden but i like more in the manga than anime
5.slamdunk
6.afro samurai
7.love hina
8.myself yourself
9. truetears
10.rec

ahaha it looked like romance/slice of life/school life/comedy for me was dominating

I guess I would suggest that anyone who feels the need to make this sort of a list should go and open an account on MAL. (My anime list). You aren't limited to only 10 and can rate and comment on them limitilessly. It is also a good place to look for suggestions on what to watch. Just a thought .. I have an account there as do many other OSer's. Check it out ... I am Fatcharley there also ... desu~
