If you want to check what anime videos you have watched in OS,
http://otaku-streamers.com/index.php?osp=userwatchlog
it is still in beta mode.

haha never even thought of susing a website to track it... I usually just type down what animes I have watched, perhaps I should consider the alternative, but then again it is such a hassle to type in all the animes I've watched, plus all the comments and ratings, etc...

Well most of the time I am able to find the anime on otakustreamers.com and OS has a list of the anime you've watched and if you click into a particular title you can see what episodes you watched. So generally I do not need any of these websites.
(also if I didnt have OS i dont lose track of what episode I am on so it still wouldn't be neccessary but that only applies to me. )
For example, click on my user name and go to my profile. There you will see a bunch of tabs one of which being my watchlog. If you click into that you can see 96 titles listed. Upon clicking one of those titles it will bring up a summary of the anime, a list of the episodes i have watched of it, and it also gives you a drop down menu to choose an episode and jump to that episode of the anime.
To see your own watch log click your username at the very top right corner of the screen next to the notifications drop down menu. (that is above the green haired girl's head) Or click "my profile" which is two options to the right of your user name. This wil lead you to your profile page which shows your watchlog that will include every anime you've watched.
Also when you go to the page of an anime that lists all of the episodes; you'll see an eye symbol next to what you have watched and a paper and pencil next to what you havent watched.
One last feature that exists is that if you click either of those symbols it will switch it from watched to not-watched and vice versa. So if there is an anime that you've watched before somewhere else and you want to check it off; click the paper and pencil symbol and it will change to an eye and from then on it will be included in your watch log.
