OSro.exe got problem unsing windows 7 starter 32bit

hey guys help me hahaha 1st time it happen to me, usually I'am playinng osro at a net shop and theres no problem using windows xp, now when i install it to my pc here at home theres a problem i try some ideas to fix it but nothing happen so can any body help me the images posted below was my reference 287802878128782

Right click on osRO_patcher.exe go down to Properties. In the Compatibility tab select the check box for Run this program as an administrator. Let me know if that helps.

I got fix the problem was the setup.exe I replace it with other setup found in my Philippine Ragnarok Online, Im thankful that i solve it by my self and now can play here in my house ^_^
