Just asking; "What Anime should i watch?", is sort of a tough nutt to crack.. There are so many great animes and so many different genres.
So it would really help if you could specify what your excat needs are hehe.. Unless you, like me, are an hopeless otaku who'll just watch everything anyway :P

Tsubasa Chronicle - Its about Sakura, who has lost her feathers. Her 'most impt person', Syaoran, is determined to look for the feathers which have been scattered at different worlds. Both of them and Kurogane and Fay have set on the journey which many fasinating things occured. Heartwarming, Extremely awesome. A Must Watch!

Tsubasa Chronicle has cross over to xxxHolic. Both animes are inter-connected and this is very fascinating.

Gotta say, Gakuen Alice is my favorite one.
I suggest going to www.myanimelist.net because they have a database full of synopsis for just about every anime series out there. You can see what anime is similar to what you already like. You can also keep track of what you're watching, what you have already watched and what you want to watch. It's really convenient ^__^
