Hi guys today em going to share a small application here,witch is about the animated snow on you desktop.

Don't worry guys em also going share a tutorial here =)
i didn't find any other section where can i share this tutorial so i'm sharing here ( i hope em not wrong about it)

Yeah, I remember I had an app like that a long time ago! Back in my old school we had a computer in each class, and each computer was connected to a projector and a smart board. When it got too cold in class and the teacher won't turn of the AC because he or she is prick, we would sneak behind them, and turn on that app and tell him/her, "LOOK! even the computer is so cold!"
