OMG!!! WE SURVIVED ANOTHER YEAR!!!


Just imagine - when we started out this final site in December 28 2008 not only did we struggle to find even 500 members to join our site, our beloved Admin Jbluey wasn't even of legal age to drink!!!

Its been a long struggle to get here. You've heard the history and if not - then go here - to last year's Anniversary message and see how far we come!! http://otaku-streamers.com/community/showthread.php?6880-Happy-2nd-Aniversary-OS

Since that message gives the history of the site I am going to give you a brief recap of our numbers.
In mid to end 2009 we were trying to desperately hit the 3000 mark in our visitor statistics by advertising OS in all other websites and in early 2010 - trying desperately to hit 5000 visits a day so we could play with what we considered the "big boys". But we ended December 2010 with 8000 visitors per day and today we get around 14,000 visitors a day, leaving most of our competitors in the dust :4:

We endured Unwarranted Attacks, Hostile Hosts that shut us down (and kept Jim up 2 nights and days without sleep at a stretch), Mad Fat Cows (Chiva, you remember that one don't you?), Maddening Mods (Oh yeah had those too), Terrorizing & Whining Members (You have all met at least one of those, one time or the other here) and guess what?

WE ARE STILL STANDING!!!

So lets all raise a glass of whatever alcohol handy since Jim is now of age (sparkling water pls for those under 21) and join us in wishing OS

Another Year of Great Anime, Wonderfully Quirky Members, Ban Hammers and All for thats what make this the best site there is!

Long live OS! Been here since March of 2009 hahahaha. I can still remember how I got to know OS. I was finding a site where I can watch Death Note and I tried to look for some sources in Chrunchyroll (not sure of the spelling) was it hahaha. Then on the comments I saw someone SPAMMING! for real SPAM! hahaha saying that "WATCH THIS ANIME AT WWW.OTAKU-STREAMERS.COM" or something. So I went to check it and registered on the site and found my self ENJOY the stay in OS. There were times that I remember staying in the FORUMS just to get the PURPLE-COLORED-NAME hahahaha. And wanting to have some friends I spent some of my times in CHATBOX and FOR REAL OS MEMBERS aren't so BAD(?) at all hahahahaha.

My next door neighbor try to rob my house and got caught red-handed by the cops and it was a miracle.

I'm glad that me and my little brother and sister(Who use OS as well) all survive to do what we do everyday and to enjoy life to its fullest even with all the bad and harsh things around. My grandma died the day before the neighbor try to rob my house.
