Try AnyVideoConverter. There is a free and pro version, I think both support the conversion of FLV to another format. The free version doesn't have a trial or a limit on files/file sizes. It's actually a very useful program. The only think you get from pro is it not nagging to buy and the ability to convert to more formats.
